Meet Dr. Brad Bates, VMD MS
Dr. Bates’ journey in veterinary medicine began when he fell in love with Philadelphia while attending veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Bates dedicated his professional focus to at-home hospice and end-of-life care, helping over 10,000 families navigate the deep emotional process of saying goodbye to their companions in the comfort of their homes for over 12 years.
This extensive background in home care taught him something fundamental about us pet owners: we are all remarkably alike. We want our loved ones to be comfortable, we want our pets to live long, healthy lives, and we want to feel secure knowing we are making the right choices. Those choices can only come from transparency in care.
